We are extremely disappointed to announce that the release of the Ripple on 1/31/25 has been delayed once again. The Ripple.R1.14 and pre-production PBCoR.43 samples have passed all the previous testing with the PBCoR measurement below the 0.43 threshold, and we received written confirmation of this. However, we were asked earlier this week to submit more production paddles for a full testing of Ripple.R1.14 PBCoR.43 as a separate new paddle submission. The paddles were overnighted and immediately tested but showed very different results of PBCoR measurement above 0.44. We are launching a thorough investigation to determine the cause of these discrepancies. We will be testing the same paddles using our own PBCoR test machine at the factory lab, using all the test results we have received point by point. It is our goal to work with USAP to ultimately release a fully approved Ripple paddle that is unmatched in both performance and technology. Despite this setback we will continue to push forward to release an approved Ripple at a later date and appreciate your support and patience.
