I started with the Pulsar 1, then Nova, and onto Pulsar R2 FX. I was waiting for the Ripple to be released late last year and finally got the V2 R2.14. The paddle plays effortlessly, my dinks go where I wanted them to go, it handles the resets with easy, and I can still drive the ball fast with or without spins. My goto paddle.

It's back !
The Ripple V2 R2 is the most powerful widebody paddle on the market. After break in it plays very similar to the early beta ones. It has decent power and top tier pop yet has a soft touch for a Gen 3 paddle which makes it controllable in soft game. It 's relatively heavier with higher SW than normal wide bodies but this allows playing it very forgiving stock with no need to add weight.

Great power and control
I've been playing with this paddle for a little over a week now. And the more I play with it, the better it feels. Others have mentioned a break-in period where the paddle loosens up, the sweet spot grows, and the feel improves. I am experiencing the same break-in of the paddle. My favorite characteristic is the extra pop at the kitchen on counters and blocks. And even with that extra pop, the touch is there. I can soften up my grip pressure and hit one-handed resets from the mid-court and the kitchen line. The power for drives and overheads is there as well. I'm loving the paddle.

Great Paddle
The V2 R2 has excellent power and spin. I also love the control of this standard shape with a huge sweet spot. I highly recommend this paddle. Great Job again, Ronbus!

Love this paddle!
Love this paddle. Coming from the CRBN Trufoam Genesis 2 I found with the Ripple V2 R2.14 I have as much or more control/feel/touch along with greater pop and power than the Trufoam if needed. I use as is, no added weight needed for my tastes. Unlike some other reviews I’ve seen, I don’t find any problems with swing weight at all and I’m a guy that usually likes lower swing weights for quicker hands. Highly recommend trying this paddle out!

Another winner from Ronbus!
I've loved all the Ronbus paddles I have tried. The Beta ripple R2 was my favorite, and after some adjusting to the slightly heavier V2 ripple R2, I have a new favorite. I love the standard shape and the V2 power with serves and drives and it is easy to control in transition and at the nvz.

Picklr Ambassador
I have had the new Ripple for about 3 weeks now and it just keeps getting better. I am enjoying effortless resets, crazy topspin serves, awesome paddle battles and interesting "Compliments" from opponents. "What's going on? You normally don't play this well..." I LOVE the grip on the paddle and the balance is amazing. I want to get a couple of demos to share with my friends... when they play with mine they are a little nervous that it is too powerful for them. I feel it is super controllable and I play with a lot of spin and this paddle really leans into that. Go get some!
